Hazelnut Spread Mug Cake

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hazelnut spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • Toppings of choice

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the hazelnut spread and eggs. Stir in flour until just combined.
  2. Divide into mugs. Place in speed oven and microwave full power for 90 seconds.
  3. Allow to cool slightly and top with favorite toppings.
