Sherry Cider Sauce

Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

● 2 cups thinly sliced sweet yellow onions
● 1 cup dry sherry
● 2 cups apple cider
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme


DIRECTIONS:

Cook onions in a skillet until soft, about 6 minutes. Add sherry and simmer to reduce slightly. Add thyme and stir in cream. Simmer for about 5 more minutes. Serve with chicken and veggies.
