Chocolate Whips

Makes: 24-36 cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 container cool whip, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Eggnog Icing Ingredients:

  • ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp eggnog or heavy cream
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix chocolate cake mix and cool whip together. Drop ice cream scoop full of mix into bowl of powdered sugar.
  • Place on lined sheet pan and bake at 350°F or 325°F convection if using multiple sheet pans. Bake for 10-12 mins.
