Teriyaki Pineapple Burger

Makes: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- Ground Waygu 20oz Patties
- Scallion Mayo
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 bunch of Scallions (Just Greens, Thinly Sliced)
- 4 Pineapple Slices, center cut out
- 1 Red Onion, cut into thick slices
- 2 Brioche Buns
- 2 Slices of Swiss Cheese
- Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- For the Mayo, mix ingredients and reserve.
- To make the Teriyaki Sauce, mix all ingredients in an airtight container and shake well.
- Sear or grill patties to desired temperature.
- Grill pineapple and red onions until grill marks have formed and onions are tender.
- Toast buns on griddle until lightly browned.
- Place cheese on patties and broil on high until cheese is melted.
- Assemble and enjoy!
