Wedge Burger

Makes: 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Ground Waygu 20oz Patties
- Ranch/Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 bunch of Scallions (Just Greens, Thinly Sliced)
- 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, cut in half
- 1 Heirloom Tomato, cut into thick slices
- 4 slices thick cut Smoked Bacon
- 2 Brioche Buns
- 2 Slices of White American Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- For the dressing, mix ingredients and reserve.
- Sear or grill patties to desired temperature.
- Cook bacon on griddle or in a pan for about 5-minutes on each side, or until crispy.
- Toast buns on griddle until lightly browned.
- Place cheese on patties and broil on high until cheese is melted.
- Assemble and enjoy!
