Chocolate Whips
Makes: 24-36 cookies
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 container cool whip, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Eggnog Icing Ingredients:
- ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
- 2-3 tbsp eggnog or heavy cream
- â…› tsp nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix chocolate cake mix and cool whip together. Drop ice cream scoop full of mix into bowl of powdered sugar.
- Place on lined sheet pan and bake at 350°F or 325°F convection if using multiple sheet pans. Bake for 10-12 mins.
