Wedge Burger

Makes: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ground Waygu 20oz Patties
  • Ranch/Blue Cheese Dressing
    • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
    • 1 bunch of Scallions (Just Greens, Thinly Sliced)
    • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, cut in half
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato, cut into thick slices
  • 4 slices thick cut Smoked Bacon
  • 2 Brioche Buns
  • 2 Slices of White American Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. For the dressing, mix ingredients and reserve.
  2. Sear or grill patties to desired temperature.
  3. Cook bacon on griddle or in a pan for about 5-minutes on each side, or until crispy.
  4. Toast buns on griddle until lightly browned.
  5. Place cheese on patties and broil on high until cheese is melted.
  6. Assemble and enjoy!
