Parsley Salsa Verde (Italian Salsa Verde)

Makes: 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS:
● ⅓ cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley (Italian parsley)
● 3 anchovy filets, rinsed and chopped
● ½ tbsp capers, rinsed and chopped
● ½ tsp grated lemon zest
● Pinch of red pepper flakes
● 1 garlic clove, minced/grated
● ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
● Kosher salt
● ½ tbsp red wine vinegar

DIRECTIONS:
Rough chop and combine all ingredients.
